Chuck Wagner sings "Into the Fire" from the concept recording of "The Scarlet Pimpernel."
October 19, 2001 In a 60-year slipback, the Destinies Radio Theater presents The Shadow in "The Hoodoo Ship," originally aired on October 19, 1941. In 1850, the crew of "The Raven," a ship filled with slaves, murders the Africans aboard. In the 20th century, "The Raven" seems to be jinxed. When two consecutive captains of the refurbished "Raven" are found dead of no apparent causes, can Lamont Cranston and Margo Lane help the new owner to discover if the ship is truly haunted, or if a murderer is onboard?
December 7, 2001 The Destinies Radio Theater presents a 63-year slipback as Cactus Pete relates one version of "The Origin of Tonto," as originally aired on the December 7, 1938 episode of "The Lone Ranger."
December 21, 2001 The Destinies Soundtrack Spotlight shines on Norman Orenstein's score for "RoboCop: Prime Directives." Christopher DeFilippis speaks of his love of Christmas and the origins of Santa Claus in volume 2, number 6 of "DeFlip Side." On the Destinies Radio Theater, Wonder Woman battles Brunhilde when she kidnaps Santa Claus, and makes him "The Prisoner of Christmas Island."
